WHY WE BUILT IT
Vision LLMs are now accurate enough to read scanned deeds. Text models can interpret reservations, habendum clauses, and exceptions. And yet every landman we know is still hand-keying metes and bounds into Excel.
PlatRun closes that gap. We hand landmen the parsed deed, the live plat, and the runsheet entry in the same flow, so they can spend their judgment on the curative work that actually requires it.
PARENT PRACTICE
PlatRun is built in partnership with GeoPetro Dynamics, Louis Baggett’s land plus GIS consulting practice. GeoPetro Dynamics serves operators and land services firms across the Permian, Bakken, and Marcellus basins with title examination, curative work, mineral mapping, and prospect development.
Every PlatRun feature is pressure-tested against real deals running through GeoPetro Dynamics, not synthetic test data. If a feature does not help close a real tract, it does not ship.
