Questions we get.
- Can I bring my own OpenAI or Anthropic key?
- Yes, on Pro and above. Bring your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic key and we charge only the platform subscription. AI usage hits your provider directly.
- Do you store my deeds?
- By default, no. Ephemeral processing: your file is sent to the AI provider once and discarded. Project mode (Team and above) gives you opt-in encrypted server-side storage if you want continuity across sessions.
- What is pay-per-deed?
- Five dollars per scan, no subscription. Designed for occasional users. If you process more than 15 deeds in a month, Solo at $99 becomes the better deal.
- Is there a free trial?
- First 30 days are free on Solo and Pro, no card required. Team and above get a structured pilot through sales.
- Can I switch plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
